Attitude of Gratitude Challenge 

For the next 21 days write down 50 things you are grateful for. Anything and everything that you truly appreciate. The fact that you woke up this morning can be the first thing you write down. As you continue to do this and continue to think about the good, the good gets better. I dare you to take this challenge and see how much better you feel! When you have an attitude of gratitude suddenly every day you have so much more to be thankful for.
